don't buy pirated cds esp. in prince of persia 2.. i guess the people who made the game made it unplayable after you've defeated kaileena (in the fake cds).. at least that's what my friend told me.. so please.. buy ORIGINAL Prince of Persia.. at least to respect the creators of such MAJESTIC and AWESOME game!! rock on!!..
I've played all the games and according to me Sand of Time looked the best, had the best feel of Persia but the combat was dull. Warrior Within had awesome music and fighting, also good puzzles. It was a good game to play but the voice acting and story sucked. It also did not have the Persian environment feel. Oh and gothic themes are so run of the mill.

Prince of Persia, an adventure in ocean of time & sword fighting & platforming. It's a great game and really excite players while jumping from one place to another. Good music & storyline. Rewinding time was really one of the best feature in the game. Overall, Sands of Time, Warrior Within & Two Throne were really a big epic trilogy
Actually it was a pretty decent game, the first one. My dad had it and played it alot =) Back 4 I was properly introduced to computers, it was an awesome game.
Same thought as me. I feel POP:WW is the best in terms of fighting system and its booby traps.
POP: SOT has great storyline and good environmental puzzle.
POP:T2T only has some good cinematics and nice enemies, that's all and those traps aren't that challenging as well. Frankly speaking, I dun really like the chariot battle. @,@
For those people who are confused on the cut scenes and where they are in the game well...most of them aren't. A majority of fmv's for POP:TTT were done for advertisments and trailers. Most of them (like where Farah shoots the Dark Prince with an arrow) are not in the actual game.
U are right. I assumed that the scene isshown at the beginning of the game i.e. wait for sometimes for the clip to commence before you press START button.
Also to philiphuynh, u can dl POP:T2T using ARES peer-to-peer file sharing engine. (it's avaliable in the internet)

Well, I am a POP fan for almost 2 decades. I feel that Warrior Within is the hardest of POP series I had ever played and followed by the original POP 2.
I can say that some of the traps for Warrior within are quite tough and exciting. Also, the game is quite long and the storyline is great.
However, Warrior within is the series that comes with lots of glitches if you buy the pirated copy.
If you are deciding what to buy first, I will recommend warrior within. Followed by Two Thrones.

Well the story for sands of time had end. Perhaps the next episode for POP might be release in PS3 platform since there is a big maket for this game.
