the one closest to the edge of the table is misaki's but now that misaki is holding it, no one knows, however, if she is facing the hot dogs, the one on her left is hers and the one in her right hand is touma's. Therefore, they switched hot dogs with each other. However, I am suspicious that she probably had the feeling she grabbed the wrong one already and half gave him the wrong one on purpose.
