  • The thing is about drifting.. dont let go of the throttle, lol

  • bad

  • Nice

  • nice yaar

  • awesome car!

  • Btw is it in pakistan or canada.?

  • Nice video and car, people who say that this sucks, that is wrong coz they have never owned a rc like that. They only have owned toy-scale cars but these r much more expensive and r fun...

  • well done

  • videoen suger pikk....heligvis kan ingen norsk...(nowegian)

  • they dont even drft in real life dumbo

  • are you even using drift tires?

  • i bought the wrong tires but theyre drift tyres so i put the fast drying water base ppuper glue and smudged it on the middle of the tire and now its drifiting perfectly lol

  • Ha ha you suck. Lol. Just keep practicing and get the feel of it.

  • wat i did was made scalextric track and drift in it kind of

  • yea i lyke racing mine on carpet at sped u get some sick drift ur good for first go

  • u did better then me on my first try with a drift car

  • Hello bro, try make long drift video...

  • which model is it?? and where to buy it from??? i m from Norway

  • @Jamalco793 Its a Tamiya Audi A4 DTM

  • ok you need to draw some chalk circles of different sizes and drift around them to improve your drift. trust me i know from expirence yo will not improve your drift doing that

  • if ur a beginner u should be in a lot for more space

  • really good

  • next time make a cicruit :P

  • have anyone with a tt01 experience a poor left turn?

  • nein aligator227 das ist die drift version vom tt-01 chassie

  • Ist der getunt?

    neuer motor usw.

    soll mehr pepp gebn...

fürs erste mal ganz in ordnung...

  • der klingt wie mein staubsauger

  • it was good but buy drift tyres and tou drift better

  • aboogie you need drift tires or custom made pvc tires for drifting

  • ive got the same body but mines not a drift!!!

  • OK so this was some time ago... lets see what you can do now???

  • ok for driftin and first time i think that was good but why did you hit your own leg :D

  • yeah

  • NO!!!

  • y no?

  • i dont even know why i sid no haha, i jst say yes no yes no so the last one ws yeah so i put no LOL

  • yes

  • hey mate less oppostite lock and balance it out with the throttle

  • Just no.

  • yes

  • pro 2 rules

  • realy nice cam

  • Not bad, you might wanna consider tuning it for more power :) i'm half done tuning

  • the cover is ugly

  • nice vid. i've just bought a tl-01 and its in the post but when i get it im gonna try and drift and put some vids on.

  • I know im a bit late but when you do get it put electrical/insulation tape around the tyres it will drift like mad =D

  • you put PVC pipe around them.

(poly pipe or whatever you want to call it.)

or ABS Pipe. it lasts ALOT longer and you can go on more rough surfaces to drift.

  • does anybody know which is better for drifting a hpi sprint 2 sport drift or a tt01?

bearing in mind its my first drift car

    i usualy drive nitro offroad

  • TT01 is way better

  • I have the sprint and it's perfect...but it's more for high speed drifting than short track stuff. BUT IT'S JUST SOOO GOOD!!! GET THE SPRINT!

  • retard thats power sliding

  • dude, its a remote control car, leave him the fuck alone. Good driving buddy!

  • if this is a little kid i am sorry for calling a retard

but it is a power slide

  • really? Because I believe the companies Tamiya, HPI Racing, Yokomo, Speed Way Pal, Tech Racing, Alex Racing Design, Team Associated, Kyosho, ABC Hobby, most of them completely dedicated to R/C drifting, plus the thousands-maybe even millions- of R/C Drift Enthusiasts beg to differ

  • Aluminium driveshaft is a need. The plastic one is a shit.

    Full ball bearings.. mmmm. YES!

    Heat sink - whatever

Diff.. NO NEED to lock them. TT-01(D) diffs have a lag before turning the two wheels differently. This lag gives enough "power" to drift without any problems. Actually it is much more better than locked diffs but on some cars and on some chassis it is truly a must. Now you DON'T HAVE TO!

    Great play!

  • ya my plastic drive shaft got warped n my plastic bearings r screaming now i jus jammed in a 14 double

  • tt01fanatic is right,

-youre car wont get the right rpm with bushes instead of bearings

-plastic drive shafts flex so you get lagg in the front gearbox (maybe 0.05 lagg but it all adds up)

-and locking diffs are definitly a must, rears only if you really dont want to, but the whole car will flip out if you leave the diffs unlock

    AND DEFINITLY

-dont make youre car rear wheel drive, ESPECIALLY if youre a learner, or if this is youre 1st car, rear wheel drive will make it flip out non stop.

    peace

  • Thats the same one I bought tonight. I've also seen the real Siemens Audi DTM with my eyes when I was in Germany because I work for Siemens and was there for a project. Saw the Siemens #19 Nascar racer at the office last week here in Alpharetta.

  • try to disconnect the front axis (take out the driveshaft). dismount the diff. in front and drive. i have a super stock TZ motor and that not contolable (beginners). in each turn the rear breaks out and the car turns. you can even spin on rough surfaces. the whole thing also works with with the 540 motor. if something doesnt work not my problem^^. personaly i prefer 4X4 then you have better control.

  • go to the hpi racing site and watch the drifting lessons

  • you have a poop computer

  • MORE SPACE DUDE NEED MORE SPACE

  • i give u 8 outa 10 for putting in the effort and trying keep it up and dont let ppl get u down

  • The HBX have much more power then that

  • Yo all u need to make that thing ride is a heat sink aluminum drive shaft ball bearings carbon fiber chasis and lock your differentials with crazy glue

  • Die. Right now.

He doesn't need a heat sink unless he gets a faster after-market motor.

Aluminum drive shaft is not a necessity, but it's defiantly nice to have.

    Carbon fiber chassis? Why???

Locking your differential's is not necessary either.

Good job, I just started too. Keep on working on it and you'll be drifting with the pros.

  • no. you must have-

    -Full ball bearings

    -Aluminum Driveshaft

    -Locked Rea Diff.

    NECESSARY!!!

  • Lol, not really.

You can drift in any RC car.

    Just get PVC tires.

  • NOT NECESSARY!

    Driveshaft whatever

Diff whatever, locked is helpful but with a tight slipper you are WAY better off - it won't wear your components like a locked diff. GET IT?

Ball Bearings? Oh yeah, NECESSARY. If riding on bushings, run and hide your head in the sand now.

  • ur a cra@p drifter lol

  • COOL!

  • you can get one at sam's club online

  • i thinke that you cant drive

  • i think you can't spell

  • Where'd you get that? I want to look into one. Can't drift in real life, so take it down some scales.

  • thats sick

  • Ok rc cars are cool but i wouldnt call that a drift session...

  • YES DEAR! GUD 1

  • langweilig meins iss viel schneller

  • what you could try to drift better without spending money on new tires is to put electrical tape around the tires you've got

  • electrical tape works really well!

  • scotch tape is even better lol

  • duct tape works as well and it is water proof

  • if you put any kind of tape around the tyres you will ruin the tyres.

my advice is to go on ebay and for a few quid(£5-10) you can get another 4 drift tyres

this way you will have two sets of tyres which you can use whenever you want:d

    hope it helps:P

  • Nice cars... Im gonna buy one too, Its a Tamiya TT-01 with BMW M3 (The old M3) body! Im gonna modifie it to drift!

  • keep it up!

    nice car

  • put some pvc or abs tires on it and watch the improvment its sick

  • i got new vids plz woch comment and rate

  • WOW! nice car mate. and i agree with the other guy... get into open spaces

  • your not drifting this is more like driving very short circles

i recommend you take enough space (like a parking) and make enough speed

  • wow thats pretty good

  • wat u saying mohsain!! NICE SYTE...I REMRBA DAT DAWG IN KNE!!

  • lol... yea man... good tymes back then..

  • anybody in south wales wanna start a drift club get in touch

  • I am getting a tt 01 drift car in a couple of days. Nice vid.

  • if u want 2 drift ur TT-01 on tarmac/road and u have slick tyres wait till the tarmac is a little damp, hard 2 control at first but works well

  • I got my Lamborghini to drift to (Cheack channel, it's big video). mines TT01 too, I just switched from a Nismo (Nissan) Silvia body to a Lamborghini body and I love it.

  • m8 get a meths bottle and cut it down. it fits absolutley perfectley round the tryes. and also do not lock ur diffs it might help but it aint worth it

  • how do i lock my rear diff on my TT-01 ?

  • a big fat blob of glue or you can drill a small hole then insert a pin so that it can be removed

  • glue sounds safe!

  • the TT01 will drift completely stock if ur on gym floor, tiles, and so on. right now i'm trying to learn to drift on road, it isn't very easy with stock tires, i'm hoping to get some Stage D tires soon

  • xcxzvxzvxz

  • what should i do if my engine keeps on over heating and dropping the weld its a 14 turn tt-01

  • wat ESC do u have?? I recommend a new ESC that can handle more a more powerfulESC than the on u have. Its expensive, but thats probably the only choice.

  • get a heat sink, use precision control with the throttle, and get a good ESC, (cuz it makes a big diference) and try not to use full power....

  • I can see you figured it out...

    cool!

  • what tyres are you using ?

  • i like it...

  • kk many thanks

  • lol what tyres war u using please respond just got a tt01 4 xmas nad i want 2 drift

    lil2kizzer!

  • Buddy, guess wat, i got mine after xmass. its not that hard to drift with a stock! believe me mine is 100% stock. only one thing done which will cost u not a single penny. most people told me to use electrical/pvc tape but instead i used normal transparent tape and rapped it on the tires to make it drift. try it, it will work but wear off soon. it won't drift on concrete though....

  • did you lock the differential?

  • yes i did... with basic plastersine..

  • Cool! 5 stars by the way!
