Poor burb again... I will never own another sub with an automatic for this reason right here. My 85 tranny shit all the foward gears and i had to get back home in reverse with no trailer! I had an 83 with the 6.2 deisel and its tranny lost everything but first gear in the mountains and i had to go home at 20mph from the mountains! I'm scared to own an automatic anymore!

I remember days like this, I had a 99 ranger all stock and was out playing by myself first thing that happened was the throttle cable broke on me so I used my shoe laces to get home, offroading a standard trans is tough with one hand, next thing I know my fuel line breaks, so i made one out of duct tape and it worked well enough to get me to a parts store to get things fixed in the parking lot, Orielly's didn't like me after that one.

@rekjavicxxx I learned about the shoe laces from a fourwheel drive mag about 10 years ago as for the duct tape tubing i happen to have a mcdonalds cup straw in the truck and wrapped it up real good with tape to make sure it doesn't explode on me then taped it to the fuel lines
