They've done the European front and the Pacific theater, I would love to see them do one on the German's perspective or Russian perspective. I'd also like to a series done with the Luftwaffe and the RAF, and the Italian campaign.
Band of brothersv(BOB) was a good one.. but if you have read the book BOB you will be disappointed after you have watched the movie.. Anyone read the book With the old breed from Peleliu and Okinawa? Its the best book ive ever readed.. An Tha pacific is based on the book. and i think that the pacific is a better miniseries then BOB.
@Bigmanwithagun13 North Africa is fought mainly by the Brits and Commonwealth. An American story will need to cover the whole Mediterranean campaign from Algeria, Sicily to Italy. =p
@twaldy I say vietnam, korean was a bloody war that I respect teh vets of, but vietnam would be a whole bunch more easier to make an ACCURATE miniseries
They need to make a bunch of mini series and put it into a collection called "Brotherhoods of War"
