  • what riff/song is this?

  • ray mullins great guitar playing play myself not that good but i keep on rocking.

  • Maravellous tone you have!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude, will you be my lead guitarist?

  • @420witchdoctor ...Where you live? I'll play. How much do you make a night?

  • @KennethRMullins I live on Mount Hood and play guitar at local bars. Make about 150-200 bucks a night sometimes. It's just me and my buddy Benji. No drummer, just bass and guitar.

  • @KennethRMullins where is Mt. hood?

  • Great playing!!!

  • wow great tone!

  • Kenneth, ..well defined note playing, a blend of old school feel with deviations off the pentatonic scale. Listening without watching (2nd time around).. you're nearing Trower realm and locking some tasteful grooves. --- a 40 year player and tough critic, who is giving credit where credit is due. Excellent playing.

  • How does the amp sound without all the extra stuff you have plugged in?

  • what is the name of the guitar?

  • Fender Strat

  • nice dude, by the way, I like your guitar!

  • a little too much gain for blues?

  • great sound. great guitar.

  • I'm thinking of getting an SV. I'm torn between it and the Fender Deville. I love the insane and metal on the SV but I like the natural overdrive on the Deville. Do you the SV can get a sound comparable to the drive on the deville?

  • Not sure..I never heard a deville...go to your local guitar center that has one and try it out, that is the best I can say to do....

  • Yeah, I decided I want the SV regardless. lol. These things are amazing.

  • nice

  • hey, isn't that the Lite Ash Strat with SD's in it? sounds great!

btw, that sounded more like classic rock than blues to me :) still great tone!

  • yes it is...I have the lil screamin demon in the bridge and that is what I am using here...

  • hey buddy, I own that amp too but I have a jackson with emg 81s in it so I dont really get hum. Does that noise supressor on the spider valve work well with strats, or single coil guitars for that matter?

  • very well

  • i'm pretty sure that's a gnx4

  • nope GNX 3 a GNX look exactly the same though but it is a three

  • so it is, strange digitech didn't make them at all visually different. what features if any does the 3 lack compared to the 4?

  • different amp models both bass and guitar as far as I know there are more but I don't know what they are

  • awesome playing and tone!i have just purchased a gnx 3 and mostly use humbuckers but i also recently got a deluxe players strat with all single's,and cant seem to find a good preset especially for gain channel.could you reccommend one?thanks alot.

  • What is that setup you have for the backtracks?

  • I record on my gnx3 and run it through an older fender power chorus

  • I use the cruch on amp models alot when I make up amp sounds and I use the Fane 4x12 cab. on the gnx but as far as a preset goes.. I like the bassman, gnx dirt I think it is called solo is another...

  • you are a monster!

    the shirt is nice!!!

and the sound of stratocaster is magic...ever the best

  • all i can say is that line6 spidervalve is fricken wicked sound & yes man you sound awesome , never stop playing & ty for your vid:)

  • Nice job. I love it. Keep rockin!

  • do you reccoment this head?, over other amps?

  • it depends on what tone you actually are looking for and what music you play...I have since went back to my Marshall.. but I go in spurts of this amp and my marshall depending on me

  • switch out the speakers for perhaps vintage 30's

  • that's what i have for my spider valve. i got it today, and i love it. it's very versatile. I can play many different things with it.

  • thanks for posting, I just got this head, your vids helped a lot. I'm using it with the marshall vintage modern cab, sounds stunning. cheers from the UK

  • You too keep it real

  • sorry about the misreprentation of the floor board it is a fbv shortboard not an fbv 2 sorry for that...

  • is the overdrive comming from the amp or the pedals?

  • From the amp itself, the gnx 3 is just running my rhythm through a fender super chorous I recorded on the 8 track recorder in it

  • man that sounds good. was it the amps distortion on your killswitch video too?

  • Yes it is the amps dist. it is the killswitch engage preset that came with the amp

  • thanks man, sounds great

  • thanks man, sounds great

  • I've had this amp for a week or so and it sucked big time. It's the same sound engine as in the old plastic POD, only with a tube power amp, still sounds artificial and not like a tube amp at all. Furthermore, I've heard for other who kept their amps, that it's very unreliable...

  • Why do you keep posting the same comment on everyones spider valve video?! :)

  • He must be upset that he doesnt know how to use a valve amplifier, has therefore got poo tone, and is upset that he feels like he's wasted his money. The sad tale of the incompetant musician who cant play. Cant wait to get my hands on one- its a great amp.

  • dude I agree this amp kick ass and with a cabinet of 4x12 you are god ;)

  • Thank´s for information´s

    Nice short´s too !

watching you from fucking cold Germany.

  • I'm playing through the line 6 and running the gnx through the little fender amp on clean .... I pre-recorded the bass and rhythym on the built in recorder in gnx 3...
