  • Pulling the axle and removing the bearing cover is the only way to be sure you are getting grease where it should be.

  • @rocstuff .Thanks for the quick reply. So do you need to drain the oil first? Since you popped the upper ball joint, is there a spring or shock that needed to be restrained first? and if that part (cover) is still OK,can it be cleaned,and regreased, or just buy a new one. Also would you also replace the actuator at the same time? Sorry for all the Qs..thanks again~
