I don't like Bam either. In fact, I kind of hate that he stole the heartagram and was using HIM's music at first, without their permission... But you should realize that he had nothing to do with the change in sound or look of HIM and The 69 Eyes.... That's their own decisions. It's not like the guy fucking owns them.

And as far as them being 'goth', they've had a pop-rock sound for the past several albums. Just always continued to do the whole 'goth look'.
