Ok this was filmed in December of 1986 so she would be 10 here turning 11 years old on the 27th Dec 1986. And when she had died she had just turned 12 years old (Feb 1st 1988).

@terrific012 Those aren't clown shoes, they are saddle shoes, which were popular in the later '50's and early '60's. I had a pair, and I thought they were the coolest things ever.

i wonder if you can see Heather's parents there her mum Kathleen or Tammy sister and family. Kathleen sounds like a great mum who loved her girls and must of been so proud of her little Heather and just loved her so much.
