If you want something to look like an accident you send seals. You intel send recon or seals. No one who really knows anything about the different branches of SOCOM should say anything about which ones are better or not (outside of friendly rivalry). They are all really great at what they do and they specialize in different things. It's like comparing lemons to oranges... yeah they are both citrus, but they are still fundamentally different.

It is a prototype weapons system. It is an M134 that is for ground units. It was designed to have the ammunition belt fed from the wearer's back.
It is a real weapon but it has not been adopted by any military unit yet.
