  • Yup these were extremely well done! I'll be embeding a copy if these on our gaming site asap for all to watch ;)

  • LOL monty python reference for a item.

  • These people are rolling of random dice including d10's to determine a hit, the rogue is rolling 2d6 for a Skill check, the Pally rolls d6's for his weapon damage and the DM must have eagle eyes to see a roll on a single die from over 6ft away before the players even react (when the female barbarian misses in the last part).

These ppl don't even know what dice to use, clearly this is scripted (so don't compare your DM) and made by ppl who are not D&D gamers.

  • all this is bullshit staged, none of his games are really like this

  • y didn't the cleric cast create water most like at his lvl it could of destroyed the fire, yes im a dnd guy

  • .... That guy in the start shot out the f-bomb so many times O.O

  • monty python ftw!!!

  • I liked and disliked the GM. Liked because of his rich explanations, and disliked because of his sarcasm and evil grin and cheering, when it hurts characters. I couldn't play with such a GM, you never know, when he decides to kill your character. He even didn't allow the party to get those raise from the dead potions from the chest, rather he feeded some more monsters instead.

  • He lets them get away with the treasure as they run away with their dead...or so, I would have wrote the script that way at least, if i had more time with this short thesis film.

  • They used the raise dead potions.

He brought in the other monsters after that, when they pick up the rest of the loot, because the dead are allready taking stuff.

  • @Mantvydas Well those rich explanations are scripted, as is the whole thing. Also I agree, a good DM should never gloat or show enjoyment over killing the players, even if they are enjoying it. Do that, and your players will never trust you.

  • when he did killed the mage?

  • The DM was great! The whole thing was great! I want to see more!

  • Wow...

    You need to make more.

  • Really fantastic, and very entertaining. Such a colorful cast of characters - I found myself instantly drawn to each of them. The GM is especially characteristic in the way he speaks and expresses the adventure to the player. I'd love to see more! Please keep up the great work! This show makes me proud to be a gamer

  • This is one of the best examples of D&D i have ever seen on the web, great story, love the combat, and the comedy and references are great. you should think about making more, i Would LOVE to see the rest of the adventure, or maybe run a similiar encounter in my games.

  • Wow this is excellent! Great acting too.

  • OMG this series KILLED me! Way too funny and loved the call to the holy grail scene. This is a great group, they are fun and crack me up! Love how many of them get into the RP, and even some with accents! Hilarious and great videos!

  • Will you be making more of the vedios? I really enjoyed them

  • me too really enjoy them^^

  • I loved your vedio. I wish i had a group close to me to join. I really mis playing D&D

  • This is the best example of D&D gameplay on the web! Great job!!! I'd love to see some more...

  • Thank you very much!!! Needed to hear that (err read it I guess) at the moment. Thanks again

    Peace

  • @Grinnenstadt

This is more the best example of KDM aka Killer Dungeon Master.

  • wtf they have handgrenades!!?!?!?!?!?! btw nice evil laugh

  • A "Holy Handgrenande" to be exact, & if you do not know the reference...then may i suggest that you watch the funniest D&D movie ever made "Monty Python & the Holy Grail".

    Peace,

    Brett

  • I had to come in here and say what a great video!!! I mean this is really great stuff! god damn I wish you made more of these they are totally entertaining! I subscribed and will always have my fingers crossed! thanks for the videos!

  • You are a fabulous story-teller with a fantastic bunch of rpg fanatics. Congratulations!

  • Wow...thank you very much for the compliment. The fanatics were actors with only Fizz (Peter) & Frawd (John) having played D&D for real, but John is actually a RL friend who i flew out here to basically play a version of himself.

  • Well done! The film captures the flavor of actual roleplaying games magnificently. Where do I sign up to play?

  • Very good man!!! If you are really like this when you do the dm surely your sessions are very nice!!! The monthy phiton reference is fantastic!!

  • I have watched the whole series and I really enjoyed it. You guys did a great job with it. I really hope you do some more stuff like this. I would watch them.

  • Thank you very much for your comments. I hope to be doing some more work on Gamers with animation sequences, dealing with how each person views the action, in the near future.

    Brett
