yes i know why, the wierd thing was that the exact same thing happened to Kara's and hers remained fine, and as I said i didnt want to just put it out cause it might have affected the spell.

next time try covering it with an upturned bowl so as to starve the flame of oxygen util it goes right out and cools down

it was a normal candle with leaves on it, the same thing was done to Kara's candle too, but my luck with fire is... questionable XD
