@ 0:26 definitely some tell-tale signs on that one. Right engine, feathered prop and no bent blades on top says it wasn't working when they splashed it.
@NJAceSgt in an aircraft like that, i can sorta understand. you can't see real well and if you add in the possibility that the bigger jet (appears to be an airbus) was being pushed back, then it is possible. human error either on the pilots, ground crew or controllers or all three. I'll tell you right now, there are a few ticked off South west airlines mechanics that are gonna be working a few nights to get those birds up and running (yes, those two birds are probably up and flying now)

Believe it was in LA back in the 90s, it was a cargo DC 8. The main deck cargo door popped open and they returned for a safe landing.
