Dude - I'm not sure if you know this, but if someone was to hit Superman, every bone in his hand would shatter. Batman, if you read comics - which clearly you do not, through experiments and scientific expansion makes himself stronger beyond human possibilities and is a master of hand-to-hand combat. When you apply these to a battle to the death Batman will always win. Batman's intelligence far exceeds Superman's and Batman ALWAYS has kryptonite. Not to mention the Kryptonite lined bat-suit.
