@PiesCanFly Because he beat Nemesis several times already? And it is hard mode since the 1st video shows him picking hard mode.

@PiesCanFly An easy way to tell is that he has the Mine Thrower, Eagle Handgun, and Custom Shotgun. Those can only be gotten on Hard mode.

The only thing I hate about this game is when you die, it doesn't asks you if you want to load from save point, but no it forces you to watch that darn intro video again and then take you to the main menu!? And even that takes time with that text message popping up every time you load. Besides those frustrations, the game is one of the best.
