  • oh my god it worked. so does medical. jos sayin.

  • cool it worked!!!

  • strangely it worked...

  • omg i tried it ud never think it would work i was like hell yea cause my cramps were gone!!:)

  • Since I can't take a hot bath at work... this helped a little until the ibuoprofen kicks in. Especially following @mistercleopatra advice to rub the thumb webbing harder.

  • This is helping me just a little bit. Not so much because I did this before. Well, the pressure on the stomach. The funny thing is, my guy friend told me to look this up. I hate being young and having these crazy cramps. EAT PEPPERMINT! that's what I do sometimes!

  • I HATE CRAMP!!!!!!!! ID REATHER TAKE MIDOL OR ADVIL BEFORE I RUB MY FEET ITS MY STOMACH THAT HURTS STUPID LADY AHHHHHHHHHHHH NOW I NO HOW IT FEELS TO BE STABBED WITH A KNIFE THE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 0:00

  • This really works for me now! Thank you! I sure hope it will keep the effect for some time!

  • ......this really doesn't help....I STILL hurt!!!!

  • I wish I could do this.. but my cramps are more like attacks or a severe case of labor pains that doesn't let me breathe or stand up. Usually I just lay down on the bed with a heat-pad while doing Lamaze breathing or just short breaths (and praying and screaming XD) then I vomit. Even though I haven't eating anything yet... and pass out or fall asleep. A few hours later I can stand up a little. I have a fever so I try to eat. Anyone know how to avoid this so it doesn't interrupt my life so much?

  • @HyperSweety18 you can get birth control. though you might want the one that gives you less periods a year.

or if your not squeemish, theres a shot that you can get that stops your period that you get monthly or every couple of months... im not sure exactly. you should go to a gyno to see what works best for you.

  • @MorganShallEatYou They had me on birth control. Guess what? The cysts/pain were replaced with migraines that made me feel like I was hit with a brick. Please stay away from artificial hormones.

  • this actually worked for me- or my excederin FINALLY kicked in an hour later-fast acting my foot!- but I used hard enough pressure to reach it on a deep tissue level, very firm pressure, I followed it along with the video, by the time I got to the ankle- it was like a wave of endorphins went over the area- it keeps coming back a lil bit off and on but I keep trying to concentrate on my breathing and relaxation of my inner muscles and it seems to be working

  • yes i agree, it's very painful, use Anion sanitary napkins to relieve menstral cramps, it really works, many people used this and was relieved. Hope it can help you too. Please contact me at 09175089799 or sun 09324292858. I'm from Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

  • Tried it. fail.

    im dying. someone call 911

  • @iluvgh3tt0princ3ss same here..

  • Marilyn: Let me know how it works for you! @iluvgh3tt0princ3ss I feel your pain. I get them so bad I cannot walk :( Since, I've used birth control which definitely helps with the cramps...but I still rely on BENGAY patches on my abdomen. They do help A LOT! Try it sometime!

  • @myz313 I tried the BenGay it's pretty good but for some reason the smell just makes all my nausea worse so I am probably not going to use it much.

  • @MARILYNR0SS . I'm glad you gave it a try! Sorry the smell isn't working for you. I've used them for so long, I think I kinda like the smell! Haha. Perhaps you can try a generic version (like Walmart brand), sometimes the smell isnt as strong. Or maybe you can even try an oil or cream made from pepperment or eucalyptis. Just a thought. I hope things work out for you! :( I am sorry you are going through that pain. It sucks.

  • OMG! I feel like im dying right now and shes talkin about feet!!

  • wtf i thought this was for cramps i couldnt sleep all night cuz of the horrible pain i took two advil kinda worked

  • Thanks for the tips the below the stomach massage feels great

  • this is actually helpful, only for the part about massaging the stomach below the belly button, it helped! I also ate a lemon before I tried this, so that might be the reason also

  • ladies, try BENGAY patches on your abdomen.

  • @myz313 oh, really? I shall try that right now...

  • Being a massage therapist myself, I know that there is a definite correlation between points in the body and different kinds of pain and disfunction. Just because she's pressing points in her hands and feet doesn't mean she's avoiding the issue. This helps my cramps. Might not fully get rid of yours, but it just might help relieve some tension. Most regular remedies for cramps don't do anything for me or make it worse. (Heat is my enemy with my cramps, I have better luck with a cold compress.)

  • any 1 know a good relief for cramping??? help me PLZZ!

  • i dont know,,it works for me,,even if i,m a man....good show

  • If you actually massage for a longer time than she does in the video und try to relax yourself, it does helps relieving some of the pain, but sadly not all of it. =(

  • fail

  • they should have a vid where the woman is actually in pain giving herself a massage and having it actually work. i want to see that!

  • typical women

  • why the freak is she massageing her foot i thought this was for cramps

  • There are pressure points all over your body that can help relieve pain.

  • :( didnt work

  • one miute wating this going along with her, and my cramps are gone... I am soo going to look into learning Shiatsu!

  • same! omgod

  • this sounds just ridiculous.

  • placebo? i dont know, but it helped a little!!!

  • I am telling everyone...! ALEVE! and a hot bath, it works!

  • That didn't work for me. It does help for some people, but a lot of people have iron deficency and/or too much estrogen in their bodies and don't even know about it.

  • That's funny. It is weird how some things works for some and not for others. It took me so long to figure my method out. I take the aleve before (about a day, if you know that they are coming) the cramps starts. If you wait until it starts, it might not work. Also, and I know it is common, but working out and yoga does help. The more i work out, the less aleve I have to take.

    Seriously, Good luck

  • i agreee.... but rubbing between the webb of my fingers worked a lil bit.... but H0T bath works great

  • DOES NOT work... X(

  • This message came naturally to me. Even before i've seen this video i have always messaged below my stomach where i can feel the pain. It doesn't do much but it helps

  • doesn't woooork!!!

  • im not even calm enough nor in my rite mind to sit up and rub my hands to make these horrible ass cramps go away i need MIDOL!!!!! or the doctor.
