Wow lol I figured out what was making the noise in the first place. It was the actual cd drive when it played a disk. I finally fixed this by installing my games onto my hard drive. It's like 5X as quiet lol . Had no idea I coud do that. When I'm playing a game it makes as much noise as when I'm on the dashboard!

First your a dumbass seocnd its not water , Its a coolant much like the coolant in cars ! you can use water but distilled water ! It wont freeze the water or the coolant goes threw tubing into the water block where the heat disipates to the coolant then back out threw another tube into a radiator where it cools down with the added help of a 120mm fan ! it keeps re circulating and keeps the 360 CPU AND GPU 10 degress cooler than your body temp!

No it wont bud ! My 360 is watercooled and its always on and never gets shut down ! stays at a constant 76 degrees never higher or lower stay the same temp ! I have had a liquid cooled 360 for 4 years no rrod no error lights no fucken problems ! Look up water cooling for pc and theres your answer It doesnt get hot and your 360 stay cool !

blue ray games are too expensive (5 bucks extra a game, may not seem much but it acumulates rapidly) and because the ps3 has such a unique architecture its very difficult to programm games to work on it (explains shitty lighting) unlike the 360 which runs almost exactly like a pc.

My Xbox red-ringed for the third time, I already did the X-clamp mod and applied arctic silver 5 paste twice...and I also have the XCM 360 High Speed Air Cooler with a single fan in front of the CPU heatsink as well...I put the fan on automatic mode and full speed (manual) and two weeks later it broke again both times.

I'm done with air and getting a Koolance system.

I've been trying to figure it out, and how does maintenance work on liquid cooling?

i got it in the mail yesterday:D but those bastards forgot to put the thermal paste and the mounting brackets for the cooling blocks so i couldn't even do anything. and the freakin hose clamps for the gpu waterblock. sigh* i'm sad now . yeah i had no clue how to use the hose clamps or the nozzels and how to attach them to the 360, but after playing with them i figured it out. :D
