@0pracyloh0 She is unconscious. Everything here is done in the dream world.. She never woke up after you went to the Looney Ben. Which gives this game a very stupid ending if you think about it...

@MrFail117 This was how the original Alice in Wonderland was like, "Through the Looking Glass" and based on an actual historical figure named Alice Liddell. So if you ask me, I prefer Madness Returns to the Disney version.

All weapons are upgraded. Didn't use any DLC Costume/Weapons at all since it was not necessary (even on Nightmare Mode which I beat the final boss without getting hit).
