There is a shop in London, It's called impulse car electronics. They made a wiring loom so you can have a double din unit and keep the a/c screen etc. They sell the whole kit fascia plate, loom and cage. Quick google of the name you will find them.

nice. where did you get the display accessory to fit a double din radio? dont you lose functions like a/c etc?
