@spontaneous09 Yes you can run a softsynth's audio output through it (routing depends on your DAW software, etc). Also try using the rotary emulation in AmpliTube 3 on synths and organs!
@simpleboy98 You should go into the Audio/MIDI preferences if possible and choose the proper ASIO interface. If you cannot or this does not help, contact technical support (visit our site). Thanks!
What can I do to optimize the sound of Amplitube? I have a M-audio Delta 66 and a Tube MP preamp as well as Amplitube 3. What does have an effect on how well the program performs and how good it emulates amps?
I have tried a demo of amplitube .Realy nice sound and all , but i've got a terrible latency problem . Then i tried the asio driver and still have annoying 1 sec latency... So do i need a special sound card ? if so which one is recommended ? Regards
@MrDookie1982 Any decent audio interface would do, we do have StealthPlug, StealthPedal, and StompIO to help get the best signal and lowest latency if you are looking for one though. If you have issues still, please contact support via our site and they will help. Thanks!
hey i instested in buy the amplitube fender but my sound card is onboard so i don´t know if the sound will be godd or no cuz i currently use guitar rig but for waht i´ve seem amplitube has a better sound
@779themusican well, if you can use the other product, AmpliTube Fender should work as long as you get a decent guitar signal into the computer but a proper audio interface with Hi-Z/Instrument input would be best. There are some very reasonably-priced ones out there, including our StealthPlug.
And AmpliTube 3 is coming out. Speakers are redone, AmpliTube 2, Metal, and Hendrix models have been remastered, MANY new pieces of modeled gear, creative effects, multiple moveable mics, room module, MUCH more. Check it out!
can this be used with a softsynth as well?

Just getting back to playing and want to run my 2010 American Deluxe Strat
into the computer to run this. Im setting up a recording setup with
Pro Tools MBox Pro firewire. That should get rid of any latency issues.
Also how do I get more volume from the the sound the Amplitube has created?
Could I run that back out through another guitar amp for more volume so
it would sound and would be coming out of a real amp or just out through some
audio amps.
I want to have some volume and body.
