  • this is the only Abby laskew song i like.

  • me too, but iv talked to some that like all the other songs of hers except they dont like this one!

  • You repeat yourself..it is already the 2nd song that you state to be "the 1st amhraic song that you like"....

  • can we please focus on the actuall music..

for the record i consider all ethiopians & eritreans Habesha > > > Politics are dirty.

  • @ethiocutu the nice word ever, that is exactly who were are and what we need to do.

  • lol

  • "the term habesha refers only to Ethiopians" thats not true and you know it!

  • it also refers to eritreans, no longer ethiopians (since 1993).

  • I do not care about her but the song is HOT

  • i back u up !! she came when she was 13...

  • stop talking non sence and enjoy music.

  • Thank you for tell me i look good.

  • What a nice song and good looking artist, she is so beautiful and talented

  • i wann meet her.does she likes the usmarines cause i am a marine i got 2 keep it real u know,we kick ass n take names.

  • she is great!great video n music

  • she is great!great video n music

  • Generally go for the traditional stuff but Abby is a breath of fresh air; does her own thing -- dances like no other; mixes both the west and the semitic in a brilliant concoction that she manages to pull off extremely well. I'm a huge fan.

  • U know she was born and raised in Holland thats pretty impresive 4 her 2 not only speak but speak in Amharic

Inqwan zefensh!!!<3.....obviously u dun know the word IT AINT UR FUCKING LANGUAGES U FUCKING DOUCE BAGS(whiteys)

  • no she was born in Ethiopia, Gonder. She came to usa as 13 year old girl. she speak amharic and English.

  • damm babe u beautiful

  • I love this song even though its for Ethiopia, but so what, Ethiopia is still Africa. Anyhow, she's beautiful and I like her style, it's not cheap and trashy like most Ethiopian videos where the girls try to dress western.

  • shut up u hatin on ethiopia its good u like this song but dont dis ethipian people u american! how does it fell when i said maddonas vidows r good not like half of the american thats dress sluty! not good ANYWAYS DONT DIS ETHIPIA!

  • I'm not gonna address this comment because honestly I can't understand what you're trying to say...

  • WHAT IM SAYIN IS DONT DIS ETHIOPIA!

  • We thank you for yr good words and also because of the fact this is a patrotic song- expressing the love she has for Ethiopia: as it is with bad and good things.

However, about the way the Ethiopian singers use to dress, this is now a new ...it backs from maybe 60 / 70 years back. Into nowadays -in avery day life people dress as in every world - (world is globlized- so don't say in the western way -)!

  • in my opinion, everyone is copying the west, and has been for more than 100 years back and further, and I don't say that proudly, i feel it's a shame.

  • Yeh, I know ! But this is the world -and in each era and period countries and civilizations influenced others...Even if for Ethiopia some tradions remain very strong & always followed carefully. If you go into discos you can see a lot of people dancing with amhraic songs that 's beautiful!

There are a lot of european countreies where this does not happen : all is hip hop (even in the most latin countries like Italy). So that's life!

  • Hid zembel, musica and traditions "copy" madreg mibal neger yelem... share mareg gen yechalal... beagereh, wherever you're from, arfeh kura eshi!

  • tiru belehal! I couln't have put it better myself :)

  • ok.nice voice.

  • Ethiopia "hagere" Abby u did a good Job and it's really a great way to discribe about our beutifull country but the ppl who live in USA are stupid cause they don't wanna do nothing 4 our country, let's be 2gether guys and do some thing.

  • idegi yegna konjo

  • thank yu

Ai lik thes vdio and celipat

  • am somali and i like the girl and the song 2 so i wana know where this pretty live so i can be able to get marry her

  • I have a question. I'm a Somali and i was just wondering are somalis and Eritians and ethiopians considerd Haebsha or is it just the Amhara & Tigri. The reason im asking is because many people call me habesha and say somalia was Part of Axum thus they are habesha.

  • The only thing I can say is that the word Habesha derives from an arabic word: habes - bruned faces...and somen tell thatthe origing goes earlier back to Roman Emprie- maybe the Greek empire time- when thay used to have trade relation with the Axumite kingdom: in any case burned face have been given to those, that though having "a western shaped " face they were darkend from sun.. but I think this can be spread to all Horn of Africa people; Gjibuti, Somalia, Ethiopia , Eritrea...

  • actually, the term habesha refers only to Ethiopians.....but namely Amhara and Tigrays.

  • What? Eritreans are Habesha as well. But love this song she performed it at Ethio millennium in San diego.

  • oh, my bad, i forgot to metion eritreans. i think that was a reply to someone talkin only bout ethiopia. thanks for the look out.

  • PROUD TO BE ETHIOPIAN :D

  • u go bebe repersnt mama ethiopia

  • She is so talented and cool video!

  • Abby Lakew I Love you more than I can say

    you are love song

    abbyeeeeeeeeeeee enewedeshalen!!!!!!

  • Love this song.

  • witch language i this it s bit rubbish

  • Yaagshid, just because you don't understand the language doesn't mean it's rubbish. English sounds like rubbish to those who don't understand the language. It's Amharic.

  • which Languge? is that what u said u damb ass u probably speek the worst Launguge in the world.

  • @yaaqshid rUBBISH SHOULD BE ALSO YR LANGUAGE FOR SOMEONE WHO DO NOT SPEAK IT..BEFORE WRITING CONNECT YR BRAINS TO THE POWER SUPPLY..YOU NEED TO GIVE "EEIGHT" TO THE WORDS YOU WRITE, INGNORNAT & SUPERFICIAL PERSON..IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ..YOU DON'T NEED TO PUT BAD COMMENST

  • nice song

  • YOU ARE A NICE cenger

  • nice song , nice girl . awesome!!!!
