is that arma dude is does it work well on gtx 280 so im guessing it will be ok on gtx 260 216 i have that and im scared to buy the game(windows vista 64) so im downloading a copy and then buying it later to paly multi
Its Arma and it works best on this card because the game does not support crossfire or sli.
This is the fastest (or 285GTX) you can get. 260 is a good choice aswell. I run the game on Vista x64 Business. If you buy it, buy ArmA Gold Edition, it is patched till 1.08 and you can patch it yourself with only 1 download, to 1.14
Normal version is a pain to patch, like 6 or 7 different patches you have to download.
Yes m8, but it´s a bit hard you need a cpmputer a CRT TV and a camera try to youtube on input lag, it´s verry good to know if you play games on a lcd tv, i want to buy the 42LG5000 but i must know the input lag before cuz i want to play Tekken on it.
Op youtube zie ik geen verschil, ik zelf vindt het helmaal niets op zo'n lage resolutie op zo'n groot scherm... Het ziet er een beetje uit als dat scherm op het rembrandplein als je er pal voor staat.
Het is even wennen maar dat is al snel. Ik denk dat een 46" ook wel zou gaan. Het speelt lekker en zelfs desktop werk gaat goed zonder hoofdpijn te krijgen :)

i dont think the cards will be outdated, just they will not be able to run at high res + high settings by that time. GT300 will be replacement. :)

Als je gamed merk je heel weinig van de resolutie, trouwens ook met desktop werk. Je went er heel snel aan.
