I think I'm at the same point you are.. (unlocking the phone)..Did you install cab files yet on your phone? I thought I could drag the folders but that didn't work so I'm going to try install the cabs files like the iphone one and see what happens? If you get another answer please let me know? thanks.

I love how everyone thinks everything touch is an iPhone rip off, htc devolved the actual touchflo and it was announced before iPhone and it takes years to develop this stuff from scratch

The I/O tasking seems very very slow. I notice you had to click on X or OK more than once for it to function. Is the device overclocked or standard clock? AT&T have posted up refurbs on their site this morning for $79 or $29 after $50 off coupon.

Yes, I had to click on the X or OK on some task more than once, could because of big fingers, with the stylus it works great. Also this is a older TouchFlo interface in the video, the newest TouchFlo version is faster and cleaner. This phone is overclocked slightly.

No,you can not use the 8125 NBD TouchFLO interface with a 8525 phone. Go to xda-developers forum and look under the sub forum "Hermes". You should find a TouchFLO interface there.
