Mr. Burton, thank you so much for this video. I recently have been diagnosed with SM. I have it from T3-T8. I was not injured, it is congenital in my case. I was a preemie baby @6.5 months. I was also diagnosed two weeks later with Hoffman's Disease, in my cervical. I am going for my first EMG test tomorrow. I, like you, am in pain all of the time. It has been nearly 2 solid years of pain every day. I have clonus 5+ in both feet. No surgery for me either, too risky they say!
