I have first hand knowlege of how our legal system mistreats, mishandles and demonstrates inhumanity. There is so much evil within our legal system. visit a prison!

What a tribute! Michael Jackson's pure talent and impact he had even on people in prison who weren't even alive when MJ made the album "Thriller" and yet as a 50 year old man affected all of these boys/men to do this tribute. The hours, effort, coordination it took for them to do this video to HONOR the greatest entertainer in history made them proud...and I'm sure if MJ were around...he'd be proud too.

These guys combined are better than any dance troupe just because of their sheer numbers working in smooth synchronisation. Just to top THAT off, that they dance well ^^

I was already moved by the story of this high security prison with 70% of the highest risk prisoners in the Philippines. The changes Warden Garcia put in place in the Cebu Maximum Security Penitentiary turned the place around and they just keep getting better and better. God bless this man for having the heart to turn gang run chaos into something little less than a miracle.

The 3 men in Black-Tees in the front of the group are not inmates. The governor of Cebu Province — is credited for starting a program of choreographed exercise routines for the inmates. The prison is best known worldwide for its viral version of Michael Jackson's Thriller video. Afterwards, many other dance routines of popular songs followed. The prison management has also released a video explaining the concept behind the prison management at CPDRC.

You might see a waste of time. I see hard core discipline. You have any idea how difficult it is to take that many people and put on a performance like that? That level of discipline can carry outside the jail and maybe, just maybe, turn a criminal in to a positive person. I'd rather have them training like this than have them sitting around bored out of their mind, because that never has and never will lead to anything good.
