Ganguro are the girls with super tan skin blonde hair or several colors, stickers on their faces, white eye and lip makeup super cute clothes.

harajuku: cute clothes, total cuteness all over, usually pale skin, not always blonde hair actually rarely blonde, very tokyo and hellokitty

decora and harajuku are very alike so those are practically the same thing..

i used NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in MILK. what you do is apply a chapstick or lip balm and then use the eyeshadow pencil and blend it well.
