That guy is so .. so agressive while he talks. It's not a freakin' war with the clients, keep the war to the competition. If you explain it softly, smart people will understand. No need to be harrased by him.
Yep, he might be the right person to lead the whole product positioning strategy (as it's clearly noticeable by the size of his jaw and his thin lips) but to show off the vehicle you need more Volvo-like People (softer, cultivated, multi-culti). Anyway, I think it was a premedited decision, since explaining safety-leading technology is more than displaying several cozy, sephia pictures.
