Wow, cool video camera! Small and can record in 1920x1080. That lens on that cam is sick! F1.8-2.5 with 10x optical zoom is kickass giving you good low-light sensitivity and I think it will give you sharp photos/videos. Make sure you get a proper bag for it. Damn, I want one now! Great unboxing, 5*. If you have the chance please upload some quick videos (including 300fps slow-mo). Cheers!
red blue and green cables are component, which hdmi is only the better, and the red white and yellow or composite, basically compoSHIT, you won't wanna use these as these will not show any kinda hi def picture, i have no idea why manufacturrs still supply these cables
the item you are asking about is a filter to stop or reduce any kinda noise distortion or video distortion leaking through the cable, and you do need them on to avoid any grainyness, if that's a word,lol...make sure you do some test footage and get it on youtube for us to see
hey nice review! by the way, those "things" are in simple words little filters, you can put a cable and close those things like it was ring. They are used to reduce the parasite current that may appeare when using those cables. Maybe you have seen them in USB cables at the ends, but dont worry i dont think you will need them, but check that BIBLE to be really sure!
