Nice shot,I am a butcher by trade and can tell you the only things he left was the fillets about 250 grams of dry flavour less meat and the offal if you really want to go that far all of which requires you to dress the carcase with the risk of contamination with a paunch rupture,which is incredibly easy to do in the field

Your hunting license should be revoked. You call yourself a hunter? You spoiled asshole. If you are going to kill, use the whole beast, just don't take the best cuts, then go kill another for the same cuts. You NEED to take a clean shot every time, if you ain't sure on the shot, don't take it!
