If there is one thing you can say about this show, they hired some really awesome voice actors. Not only can they act, they sounds really friggin' good too (as in they have amazing voices).

Of course there are many other great things about the show, but how often do you find most of the characters have amazing voice talents outside a movie? Usually when I watch cartoons I'm just accepting the voices. TFP actually makes me ENJOY hearing the characters talk.

@Shadowtamer16 Actually, the developers said Knockout is supposed to be "gay-friendly." He cannot actually BE gay, since they don't really have genders in canon.

I wouldn't say Knockout is flamboyant, though. Sunstreaker is flamboyant. He loves himself and makes sure everyone knows it. Knockout is more reserved, until someone damages (or threatens) his paintjob.

He also acts a bit like the gay friend.

@Transformers2Fan1 Sunstreaker was supposedly meant to be gay, actually. In the comics, at least. Also, flamboyant does not mean you love yourself. Sunstreaker is a narcissist, while I would say Knockout is suave, debonair if you will.

@UniversalVision So late? Have you watched any of the other shows? Knockout is pretty fragging early. He arrived in episode 10. G1 got a whole new cast list for season 3, replacing even the new faces from season 2. Transformers Armada? Just look at the minicons. Or the various upgrades. TFA? O_O New. Characters. VERY late.

@ginko27 A *GOOD* question. First off, they technically don't have genders (except in some versions of fanfics). Secondly, what about Starscream and Sunstreaker? They were TOTALLY stuck on themselves. And don't forget TFA Megatron/Lugnut.

I dunno. But he's one of my 2 favorite TFPrime Decepticons (the other being Starscream, of course).

@Transformers2Fan1 I found out why, I think? I was looking him up on Transformer Wiki, and it said that they wanted a bot that was gay friendly, but not necessarily gay. The comments Starscream made to him about being one of "those".He got real scared until Starscream cleared things up and said automobile, then he relaxed because Starscream wasn't talking about his sexuality. He also whistles at Prime and compliments him on his rims. I agree,Starscream is no.1! Sideways ws cool in the movie too!

@bad2dabohn1992 Knockout's optics are in the same style as Animated: a solid "glass" covering with an almost-white shade of that same color as a "pupil." Same with Breakdown, only yellow/orange.

The other Decepticons and the Autobots have optics like the Bayformers robots. It looks more realistic in live-action, but I actually DON'T like the 'Cons optics here.
