  • これはかなり奇妙です...

    (this is pretty weird...)

  • まめぐが普通に歌ってるほうがいいと思う

  • I like her clothes ^^

  • @123mopsy123 fyi, not gumi, its ranka lee

  • .... This wasn't particularly well made, very good compared to some vocaloid songs, but some parts of it don't sound at all like Gumi, and actually hurt my ears.... ah well, I'm glad to see this out here =)

  • o.O Ranka Megpoid Gumi Lee is too, too weird!

    Brain just shattered!

Btw - just finished first full rewatch of Macross Frontier mere days ago - and had no idea Ranka Lee's seiyuu was being used for a vocaloid - which is then used for remakes of Ranka Lee songs!

Like two mirrors facing each other into infinity...

P.S. I've seen Nakajima-san referred to as Nakajima Ai elsewhere as well, dunno why.

  • That's because her first name is written 愛 which is typically read as "ai", (meaning love), but in her name she pronounces it "Megumi". I'm not sure if this is common or a specific case.

  • Wow, the MMD gets better every time I see it.

The movements are much more fluid then last I saw...

  • It is interesting, and I'm quite surprised that Ranka has a model in MMD o.O. It sounds computer-ish,but yet still you can hear that the original song is sung by the same "person".

  • The Ranka model is PON's work. I am remodeling the movement of the hair to the physics simulation. MMD uses Ver.5β for a physics simulation.

The song has been synthesized by using one megpoid of VOCALOID2.

  • rankas voice is also the person who was the voice actor for megpoid.

  • thats not Ranka thats Megpoid GUMI

  • This is an interesting sounding remix. Almost as good as the original, but nothing's as good as the original.

  • The song has been synthesized by using one "megpoid". "megpoid" is a voice synthesis tool produced based on the voice of radio actor "[Nakajima Ai] ".

  • I know, I mean the background music. I didn't mean the singing itself.

And I though the voice was by Nakajima Megumi?

  • I'm sorry. It is a mistake of Nakajima Megumi.
