i didnt use the rocket launcher to blow up the boat i used sniper rifle and shoot him in his back while he was driving that boat for the bridge.

when i was on this mission, i was trying to do wat you did but i miss lol. I got lucky after i miss him i get on my bike and go up some cliff , then i get out my rocket laugher and just fireing it off at the boat then i hit him LOL!!!! awesome vid!!!! :D

For this mission only if you see those crates by the yellow marker and look behind the crates you will find a rocket launcher. Just remember to do this before you walk in the marker.
