@mcbigrey This is ridiculous. People are just mad he left here to play in Toronto, he was amazing here. When he played here, guys like Ovechkin were choosing to come down Markov's wing to avoid going against Komi. Markov is one the best D in the league (he was healthy then) and they willingly went against him over Komi. He was super steady, never made mistakes, hit like a truck, defended his teammates... he was amazing here and they never should have let him go.

@ryanxdavey well I kind of agreee with you but this lasted one year only... and then HE decided to leave. when the mapple leafs showed their contract to Mike he didn't even call montreal back to see what Montreal was offering him he just signed at the highest contract he saw .. but since then .. I don't see the same player I used to see in Mtl. in fact since he got drilled by Lucic he never been the same again. Toronto didn't know that would affect his gameplay so much .. but well it did ..

It was really a shame that Komisarek's first year as a Leaf was dominated by the previous year's shoulder injury. Now that he's had his surgery and is training well, I can't wait to see this guy shut people down for the Leafs. I need to decide whether to get a Komisarek or a Phaneuf jersey...

With the exception of the last hit, none of those hits had any real intensity to them. Some hard hits, just no speed or anything. lol And did anyone else notice #9 was barely even a hit? They guy fell to his knees and didn't even hit the boards!
