Wen promised Indonesia $9 billion worth of loans for infrastructure on Friday, after meeting his Indonesian counterpart, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama called a full amnesty (which means freedom for all) before he left the jokhang temple the first time when china invaded Tibet in 1950. So he freed them all!

That is just one of many things he wanted to change in Tibet, but the chinese now use that as propaganda and want you to believe that they freed the people there.
