Not a blooper and not a mistake of continuity error. She was running down, the shirt was going up and down and was laying on her shoulders, it had to fall one of either sides, it fell the other side.
@RmsThakoer its not about which side the shirt fell to. There is a distinct design on each sleeve. At the beginning in pipers room, the ruffled sleeve is on the right. When they go down stairs, the ruffles are on the left. Again, nothing to do with which side it fell to.

This is not a blooper nor a blunder (unless you count the blunder that the uploader did when he couldn't figure out why the ruffles changes side). If you look at the shirt there are ruffles on BOTH sides and since the neck hole on the shirt is so big, the shirt slips over the other shoulder when she runs, and therefore the ruffles "change" sides. Easy.

Its an off the shoulder top, it can be either pulled up onto your left shoulder or your right or none of them. I have this top in black. You can see this clearly at 1.34-1.48

that happens because they film clips at different times like before they ran down stairs they probably said cut and then when they said action again they had been doing stuff to rose like hair and make up and adjust things like her shirt.
Charmed died when Shannen Doherty left. i'm sorry but it's the truth. seasons 4-8 of Charmed were too light and cartoony for me. it's like Disney came into the mix and took over LOL
I dunno... I think it did get better in many ways later on. I think maybe the 'magical community' creatures-elves, lepruchauns, nymphs etc- made it that bit more 'disney'.

I've seen a behind the scenes look where they explain how they use one room for paige's room and phoebe's and they just sorta flip the film...thats probably what they did and she was really wearing the shirt the way it looks when she's downstairs.

If you notice the top can be warn low on either arm and when she is running down the stairs both sleeves are on her shoulders. She probably just pulled it down the arm the top was tilted towards.
Good eye. Mistakes like that are VERY common on most shows. It's because epsiodes are never filmed all at once. It's in pieces, hence the multitude of little mistakes. Even animated shows do it. Frequently, actually.

It's just the type of shirt it is. It can be moved either side. The film isn't flipped either because her parting is on her left side.

I've seen a behind the scenes look where they explain how they use one room for paige's room and phoebe's and they just sorta flip the film...thats probably what they did and she was really wearing the shirt the way it looks when she's downstairs.

no it isnt because leo is putting the coat up and he walkes round the other way when he goes in front of piper at 0:45 pause it and see leo is behind piper and there is a man in the corner and afterpausing watch leo go around piper to the left of her no the right

yea good eye but if you look at it really hard as the camera follows phoebe towards piper as paige goes bounces down the staird her sleeve automatically slides down lol

If you notice the top can be warn low on either arm and when she is running down the stairs both sleeves are on her shoulders. She probably just pulled it down the arm the top was tilted towards.

Good eye. Mistakes like that are VERY common on most shows. It's because epsiodes are never filmed all at once. It's in pieces, hence the multitude of little mistakes. Even animated shows do it. Frequently, actually.
