I believe one of the most serious threats is remote political control technology (direct energy and acoustical weapons) and methods that couple with a criminal citizen force. @Heyokat go to International Living.com - they've done a lot of articles on moving to Panama, residency laws, opening a bank account, working there. Also - if you google hard enough, you'll likely find an ex-pat group in Panama you can ask questions to.

It's great to have all of you working on these problems and issues, and getting the word out there. I've been plugged into you since 04 or 05. I would like to make a suggestion however, and it is really beginning to bug the **** out of me. It would be nice to hear the information (at least once in awhile) that I came to hear, without all of the send us money pitches. Not that you dont need money...I get that. It would just be nice...and refreshing.
