I was enchanted by your video (pt 1 and 2) being from way across the world (Montreal), I loved listening to your accent, loved the peek into your breakfast with your charming girlfriend but mostly, I loved that you used your Grandmere's old, beat up baking pan - I truly believe that using her recipe and then using her baking pan really honours her and I bet it actually tastes better because of that. Please post more videos of you baking!
