  • Kya~! I can't wait to see this again~! It really is one of the highlights of Halloween in Lexington. I'm going with a bunch of friends tomorrow night. :D

  • Mecca dance has done this on Halloween since 2002. The first year he asked if he could be MJ and they said sure. Everyone loves him in his home town! Micah has preformed this 6 years out of the 7 years. He was 17 in 2002. He missed 2007 because he was out of the U.S. Go ahead try out! You might do it this year.....

  • he is pretty good

  • Dunno. The group that puts it on is called Mecca Dance Studio, I believe.

  • someone answer this, how do they choose who is michael jackson? i have been hired numerous times to do impersonations and this guy is good, but i have been doing this deal and routine for 9 yrs (singing too). so if i wanted to maybe be mj how do i do that? i dono this dude seems repetitive and i just would like for them to maybe i dono have a competition. the guy is good, but not great.

  • Seanwhitaker05, I hope you can also sing like MJ as well bc Micah hits it with not only the moves but sounds exactly like Michael jackson as well so I would love to see you come to ky and have a competition with him lol

Don't believe me that he sounds like him? Check out my favs on my page lol You might think twice:p

  • this gets bigger and bigger every year in lexington

  • No clue.

  • Why wasn't a black female used to play the girlfriend role??

  • The girl is black! Light skinned.

  • My language arts teacher was in that.

  • thanks for posting this. couldn't make it, although we were driving by downtown around that time, it was way too late to mull thru the crowd to see anything.

  • Yeah. The crowd this year seemed larger than ever. They must have gotten better advertising.

  • Go to the courthouse building they set up a stage. if you get there early you can get up front!

  • Awe, you don't have the Capoeira people on here.

  • Unfortunately, we couldn't get near them. By the time we got there, folks were 10 rows deep. They needed a stage.

  • They did the performance 4 times down main street and then on a stage at the courthouse on Limestone and main. some people were in the parking garages and upstairs in the courthouse.

  • this is my brother!!!

  • He was terrific. ...and the zombies laying all over the streets and sidewalks. Fun night.
