He pays no rent too (exchange for taking care of building). On T.V. he said his rent was $800.00.

If all rents were lowered the landlords taxes would have to be reduced. The utikities would have to be reduced and the utilities would have to let some people go and the govt. would have to do a lot of subsidising at taxpayers expense (unless you do not pay any taxes. Jimmy also forgets that that 10% rich people pay about 40% of all taxes. So Jimmy wake up and go back to sleep.
