The gift of forgivness of their sins was given over 2,000 years ago. But if they don't receive it, it does them no good. Think of it this way if someone gave you a car as a gift but you never receive it that car doesn't do you any good.

This is why I find so many people don't like God's Word. God's Word makes a person see themselves as God sees them and they don't like what they see.

you know the bible was not originally organized into chapter and numbers and because of that the context and true meaning is'nt grasped. For instance Exodus 22;18" Thou shall not suffer a witch to live" a phrase that caused so much death in the burning times is a purposful mistranslation. In hebrew it means "the caster of evil spells shall be put to death. Back then early christians believed in the difference between good magick and bad magick.
