Yes, it has USB. That's how the buttons, spinners and joysticks, wirless keyboard are all connected to the motherboard. I just never drilled the holes to mount an external port because. Didn't need to attach anything else. I suppose you could use console controllers for some emulators and that might be a reason to do it in the future.
