I was planning on waiting till the update and have been doing so for some time but it has just been taking too long and my classes start september 3. If they announce the new macbook pro within 14 days that it arrives i can return it any for a 50 dollar restocking fee. Santa Rosa is a new model of C2D, the old C2D has like 2.16 or 2.33 GHz but the Santa Rosa one on MBP has from 2.2,2.4 and 2.6 GHz and of course it runs faster. Additionally that MBP is definitely refurbished
