Worry, don't worry... you make it sound so simple. But the solution can't be simply giving up and thinking "I'm not going to worry about height, because I can't do anything about it". It's exactly the fact that you can't do anything about height that makes someone sad and worried. It's the frustration of not being able to control certain aspects of life.
Trust me. Science can truly change the way you look at everything, for the better. You will realize how insignificant all our silly human emotions are on this planet. How there is so much more beyond this earthly life.
I sympathize with you. Realize you are not alone.
You know when you are standing in public, and thinking to yourself "I'm surrounded by automatons! They never take a moment to think and question existence!"... Well, guess what?
To whoever is watching this... I know what you are going through. I went through an existential crisis of my own 3 years ago, and visited this video. It took me 2 years to overcome my crisis and find what gave me meaning in life, but I finally did.
For a year, I've been free of existential worrying. I view life only with admiration now. I am put in a state of awe at the beauty of our Universe.
I'd recommend anyone going through this to look up Science Saved My Soul and Symphony of Science.
Yeh kudos brothers, an existential solution is not the motive for idealogical slurs. I apologise. B(mr-heartfelt) = x * the number of times I have felt this. Please pay me 250 dollars per word. :P
I'm not paying shit but thanks for the great advice. All those who are 5'3 and bellow meet at my house for punch and pie we shall plan the overthrowing of those tall bastards once and for all.
Do you accept cheque?

The way leading to the cessation of suffering is wisdom, ethical conduct and mental discipline. That only cost me four bits into the begging bowl.
