Hello, I love your videos, please keep them coming. I have a quick question. I was wondering if Rose Fragrance oil would work as well as Rose Absolute? I have a very hard time finding Rose EO and find any even in my price range. I am hoping that Rose FO will work as well. Thank You very much for your help.
@onetweetygirl71 I would not recommend using fragrance oils as they tend to be made of toxic compounds and can irritate the skin, if you MUST use a fragrance oil make SURE it is approved for cosmetic use for direct application on the skin. I think the rose absolute is intended to be mentally therapeutic, as the smell is very relaxing, you can substitute with mild essential oils [that aren't quite as costly] like Lavender, as it is very calming, relatively insexpensive and is completely non-toxic
@onetweetygirl71 You may use Rose Absolute oil blend - that means they use a fraction of rose absolute oil in a carrier oil. I've seen one from Now Foods that comes in Grapeseed oil. The texture of oil maybe different, however you still get Rose Absolute for cheaper price. You may also consider using Ylang Ylang - another PMS relieving essential oil. Hope this helps!
