Hi, there are four levels, Practitioner, Graduate, Expert & Master, and each level (except Master) has 5 grades, 1-5 with 1 being the lowest, 5 the highest. Practitioners are students, and after attaining P5 start to prepare for G1. Graduate levels are normally Instructors, but there are a few G-level students in the UK. You cannot attain E1 without being an Instructor, and there are just four E1 Instructors in the UK.
