Which is why I moved from the not so green South (Atlanta, GA) to Portland, OR 2 years ago and have not regretted it...Portland is a true green leader, with vision and drive, when Portland wants something done...it does not take Portland 10 or 20 years or more, to get it done, unlike some other cities...they find the funding almost immediately. Goodbye "Craplanta" (Atlanta) and hello Portland...proud to call this city home.
