I must have listened to this song about 30 times now, been let down by the singer, been let down by the sax player, but in the end they both give an incredible performance, I actually made a gmail account just for this. I would really like to sing bass with these guys, think that would even it out, although it might aswell make it even more complicated. so everyone who's busting on the sax player for being "out of tune"? old motown records would bring their horns slightly out of tune (which would be further amplified by the way the ribbon mics worked) to give them the sound and flavor that they had in a live concert. so it's not that the sax player didn't bother to tune. it's that he intentionally brought himself out.
