no, he's not training a dog to be aggressive. he's playing with the dog. dogs like interaction and the dog isn't showing signs of aggression, only play.

i massage my dogs ears and on their back legs on the sides kinda but right infront of them if that makes sense push in and rub a bit it works may sound weird but hey.. if it stop em from attacking

it's a maltese, and she has stayed that small, but she's kind of a runt. they don't get much bigger than that, though.
