How can the Israeli government get away with kidnapping someone and claiming jurisdiction on a foreign national? How can they claim jurisdiction when Israel didn't even exist at the time of the crime and furthermore, how could he possibly get a fair trial in Israel?

If law is going to be kidnapping people and then secretly taken to a highly biased court,,what did we really accomplish in WW2 and the cold war? If we behave like nazis, how are we any better than them?

Arial photos instead of bombs? Does that mean we should have bombed Aushwitz? What an idiotic thing to say. Large Jewish organizations were all against bombing the camps, it would have meant killing the Jews (and others) who were there. Maybe they could have tried to just hit the crematorium, but even if they could be that precise, it wouldn't have stopped the killing.

We should climb down from our ivory tower and admit that America's holocaust was much worse, much larger, everyone knew, there were no secrets, we even made movies about it,turning murders into heros. What the Us did to the American Indians makes Hitler and his henchmen look like amateurs! Over 99% of the indians were exterminated, put into camps and ghettos that we called (and still use and still call) reservations.

It's rather bizarre that there are "Holocaust Deniers". Even bureaucrats of the Holocaust like Eichmann did not deny that it occurred. They excused their participation by claiming to be 'following orders', which was probably true in the case of most bureaucrats. Still, they did NOT deny that millions of Jews were killed in the Nazi Camps. Any modern Holocaust Denier is either deluded or actually knows the Holocaust occurred and just deny it to rub salt in the wounds of the victims. Sad...
