is the sizzix something like the cricut? i want i buy one but i have a cricut i dont want to buy something i dont need. please help.

The Sizzix, just like the Cricut, is a cutting machine but uses dies instead of cartridges. I have both machines but I use the Sizzix mostly to cut fabric and chipboard. The Cricut will NOT cut burlap like the Sizzix does. There are a few Sizzix models available... go to Sizzix.com or search YouTube for tutorials so you can better make a decision if the Sizzix is something you'll want to invest in. Just like the cartridges for the Cricut the Sizzix dies can get costly too.

OMG! Love your flowers and the tips you share on their construction. I bet that trimming of the under petal would work on the paper roses as well. That has always bothered me. Thank you so much for sharing. That dress is so adorable too.

I crochet flowers but the ones I used on the dress I bought from Sonya at catcrazycreations when she was doing a fundraiser for MsClaudia... not sure if she has a tutorial on it. thanks for watching Jules!
